Ivy Co-Invest Vehicle II LLC (“Ivy II”) was sponsored by the Global Atlantic Financial Group LLC
(together with its subsidiaries, “Global Atlantic”) and serves the reinsurance marketplace as a
co-investment vehicle primarily for qualifying reinsurance transactions sourced, negotiated, and
underwritten by Global Atlantic, which include (i) block reinsurance of in-force retirement and life insurance
liabilities and (ii) pension risk transfer transactions.

Ivy II is the second reinsurance co-investment vehicle sponsored by Global Atlantic.

Through the co-investment framework, Ivy II provides solutions to life and annuity companies
to help address capital, risk management and strategic objectives.
